Northwestern Mutual Blevons Group delivered comfort and delight to hospitalized children for the holidays.  Below is a write-up from the nationwide newsletter for the Starlight Foundation.

Associates from Northwestern Mutual-The Blevons Group delighted kids and families gathered at the "Blizzard of Activity" winter-themed carnival on December 10 at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin with a donation of 220 Starlight Comfort Kits for the facility.

Starlight Comfort Kits are durable backpacks filled with things that kids love, such as books, toys and games.

The Blevons Group's goal was to raise $10,000 to provide 200 Comfort Kits for each pediatric patient at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.  Through the support of their colleagues, friends and families, The Blevons Group fundraiser on surpassed their goal to raise more than $12,000.  They were able to donate other Wish List items in addition to the Comfort Kits to enhance the quality of care for pediatric patients

It's said that giving is its own reward.  Take a look athe happy faces as the team delivers the much-appreciated Comfort Kits to the hospitalized kids.
